Warehouse Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Vehicle loading and unloading.
- Material receipt and issue.
- Inventory maintenance.
- Receipt, issue, and location recordkeeping (hardcopy and electronic).
- Material movement (using hand and powered lift trucks).
- Packaging and preparation of materials for shipment.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting warehousing activities.
- Previous experience reading/interpreting warehouse storage plans.
- Experience with the operation of standard office equipment (phones, computer, fax, and copiers).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
- Must be a US Citizen and have Interim Secret clearance to start on program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting NATSC warehousing activities.
- Previous experience reading/interpreting warehouse storage plans.
About the Role
The Naval Array Technical Support Center (NATSC) is a U.S. Navy facility operated by Leidos. NATSC provides repair, refurbishment, upgrades, and testing of Navy towed sonar arrays that support submarine and surface ship operations. Leidos delivers production engineering, logistics, and technical services to help keep these critical systems mission-ready for the U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales customers.
