Warehouse Operator - Forklift Certification or License Required

Location: El Paso, TX • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay: $16–20/hr • Shift: 1st (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) • Employment type: W2 contract (US citizens, GC holders, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT only)

Entry-level warehouse operator position supporting day-to-day operations in a medical-device distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Support the flow of day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of employees to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop proficiency in basic warehouse tasks, techniques, and procedures.
• Adhere to all associate and equipment safety policies; report safety incidents and accidents.
• Maintain a clean safety record while operating forklifts and follow company safety protocols.
• Sign, date, and complete all required warehouse inventory reports and documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities.
• Operate heavy machinery to move materials around the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the team to meet all operational goals.
• Perform SAP adjustments, product movements, and transactions.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 1+ year in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environment.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, scanner guns, or other inventory programs.
• Valid forklift operator license.
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
