Warehouse Operator -Forklift Certificate required (SAT/SUN 6 AM to 6 PM MON/TUE - 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Location: El Paso, TX • Duration: 12 months • Hours: 40/week • Pay: $16–20/hr • Shift: 1st • Employment type: W2 contract (US citizens, GC holders, GC EAD, OPT, EAD, or CPT only)

About the role

Support day-to-day warehouse operations in a medical-device distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of employees to meet operational goals.
• Develop proficiency in warehouse tasks, techniques, and procedures.
• Adhere to all associate and equipment safety policies; report safety incidents.
• Maintain a safe forklift driving record and follow company safety protocols.
• Complete, sign, and date all warehouse inventory reports and documents per company requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory quantities and perform SAP adjustments, movements, and product transactions.
• Operate heavy machinery to move materials around the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with operational standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 1+ year in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environment.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, scanner guns, and inventory software.
• Certified sit-down and stand-up forklift operator with a valid license.

Schedule

• Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay

$16–20 per hour.
