Warehouse Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations
• Defining key performance indicators (KPI) and establishing metrics to improve field operations
• Set-up and support for new open warehouse operations
• Developing and implementing efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
• Leading training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team
• Making sure performance is being monitored and strategies are in place for controlling costs and growing revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Business, Economics, or related field required
• English and Korean bilingual speaking preferred
• 1-3+ years of warehousing, B2B & B2C logistics operation, importing experience preferred
• A sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure, comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Willingness to business travel in USA, Canada
• Demonstrates Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of systems, especially WMS preferred
