Job SummaryHomeland Talent Solutions has partnered with our client, a growing national provider of reverse logistics, pallet management, and onsite warehouse operations, to hire a Warehouse Operations Manager for an embedded operation within one of the nation's largest retail distribution centers in Lake Park, Georgia. This is not a traditional pallet repair management role. Our client is seeking an experienced operations leader who thrives on leading people, improving processes, building a strong safety culture, and driving operational performance in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment. As the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary onsite leader for a multi-shift reverse logistics operation, overseeing pallet sorting and repair, inventory flow, labor planning, quality, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance. You'll lead supervisors, team leads, and hourly associates while partnering closely with customer leadership to ensure exceptional service, continuous improvement, and financial success. ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations across multiple shifts in a high-volume warehouse environment, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfactionOversee reverse logistics, pallet sorting and repair, inventory flow, labor planning, and overall operational performanceDevelop staffing plans, allocate labor effectively, and optimize workforce utilization to meet operational goalsMonitor productivity, workflow, and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce wasteDrive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining processes, optimizing staffing, improving reporting, and implementing best practicesLead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and hourly associates while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learningSupport hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, employee development, and retention initiativesAddress employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner while developing future frontline leadersChampion a strong safety culture through visible leadership, OSHA compliance, safe equipment practices, incident investigations, corrective actions, ongoing safety training, and a clean, organized work environmentServe as the primary onsite leader and customer contact, building strong relationships while ensuring service expectations are consistently met or exceeded Requirements5+ years of operations leadership experience Proven experience leading teams of 15+ hourly employees; multi-shift leadership experience preferredDemonstrated success coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teamsStrong background in improving operational processes, productivity, and overall performanceCustomer-facing leadership experience with the ability to build strong working relationships and deliver exceptional service preferredWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a strong safety cultureExcellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume industrial or warehouse environment BenefitsThis position offers an annual salary of $85,000-$110,000, with compensation based on experience, leadership background, and overall qualifications.
