Operations Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for the coordination and control of multiple branch locations. This person will be called upon to grow and develop business within company defined geographic parameters.

Responsibilities

• Support and comply with company policies and cultivate the MPW culture.
• Lead monthly safety committee meetings.
• Establish and maintain training standards, quality standards, customer service standards, and IT strategy.
• Manage regional sales team, pricing, and product management.
• Oversee P&L, meet budget, capital outlay, and strategic planning goals.
• Manage HR operations including talent acquisition, retention, personnel workflow, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Travel to various MPW and customer sites as needed (60 to 100 overnight trips annually).
• Become an expert on full range of MPW product offerings to cross-sell business units and share best practices.

Qualifications

• A business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8 years of management and P&L experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Industrial experience preferred.
