Warehouse Operations - Full-Time

About the role

The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing Supervisors and teams to ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, especially when handling controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse associates, monitor performance, and manage overtime.
• Optimize facility utilization, maintain process and quality controls, analyze success metrics, and implement improvements.
• Respond to operational issues and enforce safety policies.
• Develop strategies for receiving, inventory, returns, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with budgeting and ensure facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility for extended hours and physical inventory participation.
