Warehouse Worker - Full-Time

Role Overview

This position involves operating forklifts and heavy machinery to manage warehouse tasks in dry, cooler, or frozen environments. Responsibilities include pulling products, fulfilling customer orders, and lifting cases averaging 14 lbs, with some up to 60 lbs. Candidates will obtain forklift certification through in-house training and are expected to adhere to safety protocols. Schedules may include three 12-hour days or four 10-hour days, with potential shift differentials for overnight and weekend hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of recent warehouse experience, preferably in multi-temperature settings
• Strong employment tenure history
• Availability for evening shifts
• Ability to pass physical and vision/hearing assessments for safe equipment operation
• Soft skills include safety awareness and good attendance
• Must be at least 18 years old
