Warehouse Logistics - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and clean backroom spaces and fixture storage areas.
• Coordinate scheduling with all levels of the organization before transporting freight or fixtures to departments or off-site warehouses.
• Maintain high organization in the freight room and drop zone by working with the receiving team.
• Plan for large seasonal shipments while maintaining year-round freight flow.
• Assist customers and salespeople with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Maintain an orderly workspace, including off-site warehouses.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in snow removal and debris cleanup around the building.
• Update warehouse inventory.
• Fill in or help cover absences in the area, including deliveries, product builds, set-ups, or merchandising tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED, with one to three months of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capable of very heavy work: exerting over 100 pounds of force occasionally, over 50 pounds frequently, and over 20 pounds constantly.
• Adherence to all safety procedures to minimize injury risk.

Pay

Base hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Hours: Average of 40 hours per week.
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, with flexibility as needed.
• Weekends: Occasional Saturdays as required.
