Warehouse Operations - Full Time

About the role

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking dynamic and dependable individuals to join our Warehouse Operations and Logistics Teams. This is a full-time position with flexible schedules, including options such as Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30am-2:00pm/Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm, and Monday-Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30am-2:00pm/Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Pick, package, and ship products domestically and internationally.
• Ensure operations and quality of service are met through independent judgment and decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to receive, inventory, and distribute products to meet high-speed delivery expectations.
• Perform material handling, packaging, and distribution tasks.
• Implement and maintain optimal storage and inventory efficiency.
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand, read, and comprehend instructions and directions, including different numbers and specifications.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours.
• Able to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability.

Physical Requirements

• Regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by self-propulsion, including steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces.
• Negotiate warehouse work areas safely and behave appropriately.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
• Use hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls.
• Frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Read, write, and understand basics of the English language.
• Employee may need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
