Warehouse Operations - Full Time

About the role

The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, managing Supervisors and their teams to ensure efficient inventory storage, distribution, and compliance with safety regulations, especially when handling controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff by tracking attendance, coaching, and supporting employee development.
• Coordinate activities to optimize facility utilization and maintain process, productivity, and quality standards.
• Analyze performance metrics, implement improvements, and address production issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, regulatory requirements, and proper handling of sensitive materials.
• Develop warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
• Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses within approved limits.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Willingness to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and support emergency operations.
