Warehouse fulfillment specialists at Ryder support distribution across the US. Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment.
Products handled: retail items.
Equipment used: forklifts, cherry pickers, order pickers.
Pay
$22.50 per hour.
Schedule
1st Shift: Sunday–Tuesday 5:00 am – 5:00 pm, plus a 6-hour shift on Wednesday.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years of related warehouse and powered industrial lift experience
- Ability to read, perform basic mathematics, and follow written and verbal instructions in English for safety, work instructions, and policies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to input data into computer systems
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned

Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions
- Identify and correct potential process errors before they impact the customer
- Recognize damaged product at any point in the warehousing process and take appropriate action
- Pull orders accurately as assigned
- Stage orders according to carrier location and verify pallet count and stage location
- Prepare receiving, storage, and shipping documentation while maintaining product accountability
- Follow location and work-center safety and security policies and procedures
- Train others in various warehouse functions, including safe operation of powered industrial lift equipment
- Perform housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks
- Operate forklift equipment or other warehouse machinery
