About the role

Warehouse Forklift Operators work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include food products. Equipment used includes Electric Sit Down Forklifts, Reach Truck, and RF scanners. Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles support distribution across the US.

Pay

Base pay: $21.00 per hour with a 3% increase after 1 year.

Schedule

C Shift: Wednesday 11:00am–4:45pm and Thursday–Saturday 5:00am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
  • Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid forklift operator’s license/certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a strong attendance record
  • Works independently with minimal supervision and demonstrates initiative
  • High level of accuracy, even under pressure
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must follow health and safety methods
  • Available to work a flexible schedule across various shifts
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
