Warehouse/Logistics Operator – 3rd Shift (Onsite)
Technical Tasks
- Perform machine and/or manual inventory.
- Computer work required.
- Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.
- Take ownership of accuracy of processes.
Customer Focus
- Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team.
- Comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE).
Special Projects
- Demonstrate initiative to keep processes moving and on schedule.
- Understand and use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
- Achieve special process certification where applicable.
- Demonstrate a proactive role in problem solving.
- Pursue certifications in continuous improvement (ACE).
Communication
- Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to production issues.
- Effectively interact with others.
- Participate in cost reduction plans.
- Participate in waste minimization efforts.
- Participate in audits.
Safety and Physical Requirements
- May be required to be on feet for long periods of time.
- Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
- Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Shift Information
This position is on 3rd Shift. Must be willing and able to work 3rd shift.
Training
Training is typically on 1st shift. Candidates must be willing and able to train on 1st shift for up to 4 weeks.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Requires HS Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a HS diploma or equivalent, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Pay and Schedule
This position is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
