Warehouse Operator (3rd shift)

Pay: $24.15 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential (if applicable).

Schedule

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM to 06:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
  • Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
  • Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery.
  • Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
  • Operates a forklift and uses other plant machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Coordinates inbound/outbound deliveries, assists with cycle counts, and organizes areas of the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of work experience in any industry.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; always respectful.
  • Successful forklift certification required.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of warehousing work experience.
  • Forklift experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
  • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
  • Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
