What We Are Looking For
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and documentation
- Move, stage, and deliver materials to production lines based on schedules and work orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Support kitting, line-side replenishment, and material preparation activities
- Organize warehouse storage locations to ensure efficient material flow
- Handle hazardous or sensitive materials in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
- Maintain 5S standards and a clean, safe warehouse environment
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve material issues
- Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures
What You Will Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- A basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
- The ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
- A strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving priorities
