Warehouse Coordinator

Position Summary

Air Squared Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory movement, receive and ship products, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of warehouse experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Shipping: Unload trucks, issue parts to work orders, and transport materials via company truck
• Inventory Management: Use ERP to move inventory, conduct cycle counts, and perform inventory audits
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, accessible, and safe, and implement efficient inventory management practices
• Order Processing: Read and sort materials, package and ship products, and generate reports on inventory metrics
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience (preferred)
• Experience with standard warehouse shipping (preferred)
• Experience with database management and analyzing inventory data (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task (essential)
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills (essential)
• Knowledge of ERP software like Global Shop or SAP (preferred)
• Two years of forklift experience (preferred)
