Your Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse through a combination of warehouse duties and administrative responsibilities. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help ensure shipments are accurate, inventory is organized, and warehouse documentation is maintained.

  • Shipping & Receiving:
    • Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
    • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
    • Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
    • Load and unload trucks
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
    • Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
  • Inventory & Documentation:
    • Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
    • Enter inventory transactions and maintain warehouse records
    • Assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
    • Prepare and verify bills of lading, packing slips, and related documentation
  • Customer Service:
    • Assist customers and carriers during pickups and deliveries
    • Provide professional and courteous service to visitors and vendors
  • Operational Support:
    • Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations
    • Help coordinate workflow and resolve routine warehouse issues
    • Auxiliary with special projects and process improvements as needed

    What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred
    • Forklift experience preferred
    • Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or warehouse documentation is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
    • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
