Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to will call customers, truck drivers and internal departments.
- Communicate change order responses to Inside Sales, manage customer close orders, and coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods with carriers and suppliers for Inter-Branch truckloads and customer deliveries.
- Generate bills of lading and manage order change requests via email.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and reporting procedures in the Warehouse, including Kronos timekeeping and reviewing time-off requests.
- Input data into MRP (Bluescreen) and review paperwork. Analyze information and follow-up on errors, exceptions and opportunities. Identify, coordinate and implement opportunities for improvement and accountability in these information flow processes.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related warehouse/manufacturing experience or training.
- Operate Forklift, reach truck, order picker and electric pallet jack.
- Ability to apply mathematical reasoning to practical situations.
- Able to communicate effectively in group settings and one-on-one, with all departments and at all levels within the organization.
- Able to prioritize safety by demonstrating a safe work practices by promoting a safe work environment.
- Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Able to work with others to accomplish group goals.
- Able to multi-task and take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills And Experience

Physical Requirements And Work Environment
- Regularly stands, walks, sees, talks, and hears.
- Occasionally sits.
- Constantly positions self to maintain the operation of equipment.
- Lifts, carries, pushes, and pulls materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.
- Works around moving mechanical parts.
- Noise level is loud.
- Risks exposure to dust, heat and/or cold, wet or humid conditions.
Travel
This job does not require travel.
Work Status & Location
This full-time, non/exempt, position is located in Denver, CO. It is not eligible for remote work.
PAY
$27.31 - $43.70 / hour
