Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with a leading electrical contractor and contributing to the success of the company through their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performing warehouse duties and tasks as assigned
• Maintain an organized warehouse
• Ensure the safe operation of vehicles
• Stock shelves and put away incoming tools and equipment
• Inbound functions include receiving, placement and put away of product
• Inbound functions include selecting checking, packing and shipping orders
• Maintain a clean driving record

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
• Able to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
• Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
• Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months previous warehouse and driving experience
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience
• Travel 50%

Pay

The pay range for this role is $22.30 - $29.50 hourly. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
