Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute inbound, replenishment, and shipping schedules
• Perform clerical WMS/MRP activities as directed by the Production Control Scheduler
• Ensure daily production schedules are met to satisfy customer demands
• Communicate effectively with all departments and teams
• Manage material and equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of fast-paced logistics or manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive sector
• Experience with Production Control Scheduling
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle challenging situations professionally
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in various systems and input/retrieve data
