Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepares, packages, and scans serialized items into C1’s shipping system
• Loads and unloads trailers using a forklift and/or a pallet jack
• Audits incoming equipment
• Auxists with inventory audits/cycle counts
• Works with Inventory Analyst on any PO’s that have damage, shortages or overages
• Maintains forklifts and assists in maintenance
• Works effectively with other departments within ConvergeOne
• Pulls orders efficiently and on-time
• Prioritizes orders based on ship via (Overnight, 2 nd day, etc.)
• Takes on projects and ad-hoc assignments
• Helps to maintain organization of the warehouse
• Complies with all workplace safety and quality standards
• Receives and logs daily FedEx and UPS shipments
• Scans inventory items and assigns to a stock location systemically and physically

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong orgnanizational skills and attention to detail

• 2+ years’ Warehouse experience
