Warehouse Coordinator
About the role
We’re looking for an integral member of our team who will support field service operations by managing logistics for parts and tools. This is currently an on-site opportunity located in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments of parts and tools, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
- Select, pack, and ship rigging and lifting equipment based on job scope
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
- Cook up tool calibration programs and expedite parts as needed
- Communicate critical order information to internal and external customers
- Support Field Service KPIs
- Act as backup for other FS Service Coordinators
- Support Field Service Technicians on simple repairs and maintenance activities
- Use digital platforms for customer updates
- Participate in meetings and improvement initiatives
Requirements
- You have a high school diploma (some college preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, job shop, or customer service environment
- Forklift certification preferred; ability to lift at least 80 lbs.
- Experience with cranes, rigging, and heavy equipment handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Familiarity with standard PC software and web-based platforms
- Willingness and availability to travel periodically within the USA for training or site visits
