About the role
The Fieldprint Equipment Corp. Network Support Center Representative builds and maintains Fieldprint Station workstations, manages parts inventories and repairs, and provides end users with any necessary technical support and training.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for end users of the Fieldprint Station sites that are installed in remote sites around the country. This support includes both phone/email support and onsite support as necessary.
- Build, test, track, and deploy Fieldprint Station workstations in a reliable and reproducible manner.
- Manage “spares” inventory levels to ensure that spares are on hand.
- Manage the warranty repair process with vendors to ensure that defective units are repaired/replaced in a timely fashion.
- Create and track initial user accounts that are installed on all machines.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic computer terminology and parts of a computer.
- Knowledge of various necessary software and hardware programs.
- Manage multiple tasks or projects.
Qualifications
The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule
M-F 2pm-10pm, with an occasional Saturday
