Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Aid customers with placing orders, managing their accounts, and tracking shipments.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay current with product knowledge and company promotions to provide the best possible service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or call center role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other standard office software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering outstanding service.
- Experience or a keen interest in the wellness or natural products industry would be an advantage.
