Responsibilities

  • Builds, tests, tracks and deploys Fieldprint Station workstations in a reliable and reproducible manner.
  • Creates and tracks initial user accounts that are installed on all machines.
  • Logs all hardware and software that is deployed and tracks shipping to ensure arrival at remote sites.
  • Provides installation services and startup testing on new units to ensure they are functioning properly in the field.
  • Develops “build” documents that details the setup processes and configuration settings of the various Fieldprint Station implementation options.
  • Provides technical support for end users of the Fieldprint Station sites that are installed in remote sites around the country.
  • Support includes both phone/email support and onsite support as necessary.
  • Maintains “spares” inventory levels to ensure that spares are on hand and manages the warranty repair process with vendors to ensure that defective units are repaired/replaced in a timely fashion.
  • Provides end user training either via phone or in person as required to ensure that end users are able to use the Fieldprint Station and LIVESCAN device successfully.
  • Understands and provides training on scanning protocols to ensure that end users are both aware of and capable of following Fieldprint’s scanning requirements.

Qualifications

  • The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
