Warehouse Associate 3rd Shift

About the role

Warehouse Order Selector position on 3rd shift at the Ypsilanti, MI location. Night shift schedule is a 5-day work week, Monday through Friday, starting at 12am (midnight) until finish.

Pay

• Earn between $18-$24/hr

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Use scanning equipment to locate and select products
• Pack products for shipment
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards
• Pack orders to the customer's requirement and/or from provided specifications
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards
• Self-identify mistakes, identify problems, and recommend solutions, provide candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization, involve others in problem-solving when needed and see all responsibilities through to a successful completion
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
