Warehouse Associate 3rd Shift

About the role

Location: 2085 E. Michigan Ave. Ypsilanti, MI 48198. Night shift: 5‑day work week, start time 12 am (midnight) until finish, Monday‑Friday.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Use scanning equipment to locate and select products
• Pack products for shipment
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
• Work independently and communicate well with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to move work through the system in an organized fashion
• Function as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company
• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards
• Run scanning equipment
• Pack orders to the customer’s requirement and/or from provided specifications
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards
• Self‑identify mistakes, identify problems, and recommend solutions; provide candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization; involve others in problem‑solving when needed; see responsibilities through to successful completion
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift and stack product between 10‑35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift
• Able to work in multi‑temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass pre‑employment drug test

Pay

Earn between $18‑$24/hr, with performance‑based picking incentives that reward productivity, additional pay premiums for select warehouse areas and specialized roles, and multiple opportunities to increase earnings based on individual contribution.
