Warehouse Associate 3rd Shift

About the Role

Core-Mark is seeking a driven, dependable Warehouse Order Selector for the 3rd shift. This role involves picking customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment using scanning equipment, packing products for shipment, maintaining quality and accuracy standards, following safety procedures, and working as part of a team to meet daily goals. This is a chance to turn great performance into greater pay with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards
• Run scanning equipment to locate and select products
• Pack orders to customer requirements and/or from provided specifications
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards
• Work independently and communicate well with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to move work through the system in an organized fashion
• Self-identify mistakes, identify problems, and recommend solutions; provide candid and timely feedback to all levels in the organization
• Involve others in problem-solving when needed and see all responsibilities through to a successful completion
• Function as a team member within the department and organization as required
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay & Schedule

• Earn between $18-$24/hr
• Performance-based picking incentives that reward productivity
• Additional pay premiums for select warehouse areas and specialized roles
• Multiple opportunities to increase earnings based on individual contribution
• Night Shift: 5 day work week | Start time: 12am (midnight) until finish, Monday - Friday
