About the role

Responsible for specific stations in the restaurants or bars, you will deliver food and beverage services to customers, possess the related knowledge, and always be present at your station. Assigned to work in the restaurant or bars, you will prepare these areas, taking into account the service flow, take and serve orders, and inform customers about order alternatives while encouraging sales of targeted services.

You will deliver maximum service in each unit, keeping in line with service rules, prepare service plates, collect empty plates, and instruct Bus Boys and interns. Additionally, you will maintain and handle any personal belongings of customers left in the workstation and report them to your supervisors.

You will comply with departmental instructions, procedures, and operational standards identified by the Food & Beverage Manager, plan working hours as deemed appropriate, and act according to the weekly work schedule.

Attend orientation training, undergo two performance assessments each year, and strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

You will participate in environmental sustainability efforts, including minimizing consumption of resources, saving energy, proper waste elimination, and reducing environmental pollution. You will also carry out responsibilities related to quality management and food safety systems implemented at the facilities.

Perform all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Requirements

• At least a high school or vocational diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Completion of vocational trainings and seminars (preferred).

Skills

• Basic knowledge of products and services in the related field (e.g., spirits, soft drinks, cocktails, presentation).
