About the role

We are looking for a machine operator to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. You’ll enjoy this role if you thrive in a fast-paced production environment, are comfortable with repetitive tasks that require consistency and focus, can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team, and take pride in following processes to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain machinery
• Produce various styles of vulcanized rubber cups
• Meet daily production goals consistently and efficiently
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
• Utilize in-process inspections and visual observations to maintain a high level of quality
• Become familiar with ISO, FDA, and other applicable regulatory standards
• Support team and production operations
• Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support cross-training and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement processes

Who you’ll work with

• Work as part of a collaborative and talented production team, partnering with fellow operators to meet quality, safety, and production goals
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor, with day-to-day support and guidance from a Production Lead

Schedule
