VP, Service Solutions (PET Imaging & Radiopharmacy Infrastructure)

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the service strategy for PET scanner solutions, radiopharmacy buildouts, and imaging center service offerings in alignment with corporate growth objectives.

  • Solution Design & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end design, construction, and commissioning of PET scanner installations and radiopharmacy facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA, NRC, and state health regulations.

  • Operational Excellence: Build scalable service delivery frameworks, including vendor management, logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance programs to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.

  • Client Relationship Management: Lead executive-level engagement with hospitals, imaging centers, and private investors to develop customized service models and long-term partnerships.

  • Financial Performance: Develop P&L ownership for the Service Solutions division; establish revenue targets, pricing structures, and margin optimization strategies.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all solutions meet applicable standards for radiopharmaceutical handling, radiation safety, facility design, and medical equipment operation.

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and service professionals to deliver best-in-class client outcomes.

  • Innovation & Growth: Identify emerging technologies, service models, and partnership opportunities to expand the organization’s footprint in molecular imaging and diagnostic infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Healthcare Administration, Radiological Sciences, or related field

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Management

  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in medical imaging, radiopharmacy, or healthcare infrastructure development

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects including PET/CT installations or nuclear medicine

Skills

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level client

  • Willingness to think outside the box and come up with unique and creative solutions to challenges
