About the role

The Market Vice President of Radiology and Imaging Operations at Dignity Health Medical Foundation will lead initiatives to optimize efficiency, enhance patient safety and experience, and drive financial performance. This role requires extensive leadership experience in radiology operations, a proven record of driving organizational improvements, and strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all elements of the strategic plan are aligned and implemented within assigned operational areas.
• Ensures that quality, satisfying, and affordable care is provided by the acquisition, utilization and organization of human, financial, technical, and physical resources.
• Establishes short and long-range management, organizational, operational, and financial plans to support the organization's values, vision, strategy and goals.
• Ensures assigned areas are aligned with growth opportunities.
• Participates in the development of the overall strategy and ensures execution of the strategic priorities.
• Develops and maintains a business/management approach to track, monitor, communicate and achieve established goals and targets for assigned areas. Reports regularly on performance with corrective strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 7 years of imaging leadership experience, at least 5 years in a dedicated ambulatory setting.
• Active or previously Licensed Technologist with at least 5 years of experience.

Pay

The posted compensation range of $76.36 - $106.90 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Schedule

The Market Vice President of Radiology and Imaging Operations works a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with a shift of Day and a travel requirement of 25% of the time.
