VP Revenue Marketing
About the role
Your main goal will be to build and own n8n's enterprise marketing engine from the ground up, turning demand generation, account-based marketing, and field marketing into a predictable, scalable pipeline machine for our enterprise motion. As our first Enterprise Marketing Director/VP, you'll build the muscle that doesn't exist yet at n8n today, working hand-in-hand with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and DevRel to turn n8n's product-led momentum into enterprise pipeline.
- Own Demand Generation and ABM for Enterprise
- Build and run n8n's account-based marketing motion from scratch, targeting Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Own the enterprise pipeline number in partnership with Sales, tracked through ACV growth and top-of-funnel conversion, not just lead volume.
- Design and launch the enterprise event and field marketing strategy, including the asset library our SDR and Sales teams need.
- Lead Field Marketing
- Directly manage the Field Marketing team as it scales.
- Partner proactively with our SDR team on capacity, prioritization, and joint pipeline planning.
- Build the sales enablement materials — decks, talk tracks, content — that activate our sellers.
- Shape Enterprise Positioning
- Evolve n8n's technical, product-led messaging into business-value language for enterprise buyers like CIOs, CTOs, and technical executives.
- Contribute input into enterprise-facing brand moments, while brand ownership stays with our Brand team.
- Build a repeatable playbook for positioning n8n's platform story to enterprise accounts.
- Build the Team and the Function
- Hire and lead the Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams as they scale.
- Maintain a close, dotted-line partnership with Product Marketing and Developer Relations on enterprise-specific work.
- Protect and build on n8n's PLG/community motion rather than operating independently of it.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Zero-to-one builder: You've built an enterprise marketing function from scratch, not just run one that already existed, and you're willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Demand gen and ABM expertise: You have deep experience in pipeline strategy, account-based marketing, field marketing, and campaign orchestration.
- Technical buyer fluency: You understand technical buyers like CIOs and CTOs, and you can bridge developer and executive audiences.
- Revenue rigor: You're comfortable being measured on pipeline, ACV growth, and funnel conversion rather than leads or MQLs, and you know your own numbers cold.
- SDR collaboration: You proactively partner with SDR teams on capacity and prioritization rather than operating in a silo.
- Community fluency: You understand PLG/community-led motions well enough to build alongside them, not against them.
- Matrix comfort: You're comfortable in a dotted-line structure and hold healthy tension with Sales without being subservient or territorial.
- Relevant scale: You've worked at a community-led or PLG-to-SLG technical company, ideally scaling through the $500M–$1B ARR range rather than one already past $1B.
- AI-fluent: You use AI and marketing automation tools as a core part of how you work.
Nice-to-haves
- Messaging evolution: You've evolved technical product messaging into business-value messaging for enterprise buyers.
- Global expansion: You've led marketing expansion into APAC or LatAm.
- Partner marketing: You've built a "better together" narrative with technology or channel partners.
- Dual-region experience: You've led marketing across both the US and Europe.

You'll join a remote-first team growing ARR 10x year over year, backed by $58M in funding including Sequoia's first seed in Germany and a Series B led by Highland, with the autonomy to build a real team around you.
Location: Based in Europe or New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida, Massachusetts, Georgia.
