VP, Product Marketing
Role Summary
Majesco is looking for a Vice President of Product Marketing to lead how we position, tell, and take our products to market. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who can turn product innovation into compelling market stories, stronger sales conversations, and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead product marketing strategy across Majesco’s portfolio, aligning launches, campaigns, and enablement to company growth priorities.
Partner with product and executive leadership to shape market-ready narratives, launch plans, and competitive differentiation.
Own the company’s product positioning and messaging architecture, ensuring Majesco communicates a clear and compelling value proposition to multiple audiences.
Develop messaging frameworks that reflect Majesco’s breadth across P&C, L&AH and Pension and Benefits.
Ensure consistency and relevance of messaging across web, campaigns, presentations, events, analyst interactions, and sales tools.
Equip sales and customer-facing teams with clear content that improves market conversations, strengthens differentiation, and supports revenue growth.
Partner closely with sales leadership to identify field needs, sharpen value communication, and improve conversion through more effective product storytelling.
Build a disciplined market and competitive intelligence capability that informs product strategy, messaging, and campaign priorities.
Turn market insight into practical guidance for product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
Guide the creation of solution-focused solution narratives, customer evidence, and executive-ready content.
Partner with brand, communications, demand generation, and events teams to ensure product marketing content supports both awareness and pipeline goals.
Support customer and prospect storytelling that highlights Majesco’s ability to help insurers move faster, modernize operations, and improve customer experience.
Serve as the primary bridge between marketing and product leadership, with strong partnership across sales, strategy, services, customer teams, and executive staff.
Influence roadmap communication, launch readiness, and field alignment without creating unnecessary complexity.
Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, setting clear priorities, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on product marketing leader who combines strong market judgment with excellent storytelling and execution.
They can operate at executive level while also building the messaging, tools, and operating discipline needed to support a high-growth go-to-market organization.
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or related B2B enterprise marketing roles.
Significant experience in software, SaaS, platform, or technology-enabled services environments.
Proven success leading positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement for complex product portfolios.
Experience partnering closely with product management and sales leadership.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insight into action.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in insurance technology, fintech, or highly regulated industry markets.
Familiarity with core systems, digital platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI-based product narratives.
Experience marketing to multiple buyer personas, including business, operations, technology, and product leaders within enterprise accounts.
Background supporting both new logo growth and customer expansion motions.
What Majesco Offers
Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $240,000.
Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
