VP Product Marketing
About the role
Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets. We’re trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more.
At Fireblocks, we’re redefining how businesses grow and operate in the new, rapidly evolving onchain economy. We’re looking for a visionary leader to grow and elevate our product marketing team, translating product excellence into market-winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

- Own launch strategy for new products and partnerships through sales readiness and customer adoption, against revenue and adoption targets.
- Define and evolve Fireblocks' market positioning and messaging, across every market we strategically compete in and every buyer we sell to.
- Translate product and market strategy into global GTM enablement across pre- and post-sales teams.
- Set and manage the team's strategy and OKRs, while building a culture of excellence and investing in the team's professional growth.

- Passion and willingness to learn about new technologies, including digital assets and the new financial use cases they enable.
- Comfort with a continuous deployment process.
