Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for enterprise workforce planning and operational deployment capabilities supporting operational functions across the organization.
- Establish workforce planning strategies, forecasting methodologies, capacity models, and staffing optimization processes aligned to business demand.
- Develop scalable approaches to resource allocation, productivity management, staffing flexibility, and operational capacity planning.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve staffing effectiveness, reduce inefficiencies, and support service-level commitments.
- Oversee workforce planning tools, processes, reporting, operational planning disciplines, and deployment strategies.
- Ensure workforce planning capabilities support service level commitments, operational scalability, workforce continuity, and client delivery expectations.
- Create clear ownership and coordination for service level performance, delivery risks, capacity constraints, and client escalations.
- Sponsor workforce technology strategy, workforce analytics maturity, and deployment optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and organizational scalability.
- Drive the development of forecasting methodologies, staffing models, deployment strategies, and workforce planning capabilities that support current operations and future growth.
Learning, Knowledge Management, and Capability Development
- Lead the organization's operational learning and development strategy, including onboarding, role-based training, ongoing development, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives.
- Establish learning programs that improve employee readiness, reduce time-to-productivity, and increase consistency in operational execution.
- Ensure training programs evolve in alignment with process changes, product enhancements, and operational priorities.
- Establish enterprise learning, knowledge management, and documentation governance practices that ensure operational knowledge, process changes, and training materials remain aligned, accessible, and scalable.
- Build organizational learning capabilities that accelerate employee readiness, support change adoption, and improve consistency in operational execution.
- Promote organizational knowledge sharing, documentation management, and learning sustainability.
Process Governance and Change Management
- Establish and maintain operational governance frameworks that improve consistency, accountability, and organizational alignment.
- Drive development and maintenance of documented standard operating procedures, process documentation, and operational standards.
- Lead change management efforts supporting operational transformation, process improvements, product enhancements, technology implementations, and organizational initiatives.
- Create mechanisms that ensure upstream and downstream impacts of operational changes are effectively communicated, documented, trained, and managed.
- Improve clarity of ownership, accountability, decision rights, and operational responsibilities across functions.
- Promote disciplined change adoption practices that improve execution consistency and organizational effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement and Automation Enablement
- Lead enterprise operational improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, scalability, and cost-to-deliver improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, reduce manual effort, and improve operational performance.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Reporting & Analytics, and operational leaders to evaluate and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Support operational readiness for new technologies, tools, and workflow enhancements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Drive identification and implementation of process and technology improvements that support organizational growth and operational maturity.
Project Management Office and Execution Excellence
- Establish project management standards, governance, and execution disciplines supporting enterprise initiatives.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are effectively planned, documented, tracked, communicated, and delivered.
- Drive accountability for project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and manage competing organizational demands.
- Improve organizational execution capabilities through consistent project management practices and transparency.
- Establish governance frameworks that improve prioritization discipline, decision transparency, initiative accountability, and organizational execution effectiveness.
- Create organizational mechanisms that improve prioritization and strengthen accountability for execution.
- Sponsor project management methodologies, governance standards, and execution frameworks that improve delivery consistency across the organization.
Product Expansion and Operational Readiness
- Serve as a key operational enablement leader supporting operationalization, implementation, and scaling of new products and service offerings.
- Ensure enablement functions support successful commercialization, launch, adoption, and scaling of new products, services, and operational capabilities.
- Establish repeatable operational readiness frameworks that support rapid deployment and adoption of new offerings.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Clinical Operations leaders to align operational capabilities with future-state products and services.
- Ensure workforce, training, governance, and execution capabilities are prepared to support future growth initiatives.
- Translate organizational readiness requirements into scalable processes and sustainable operating models.
Organizational Capability and Change Enablement
- Build organizational capabilities that improve operational scalability, adaptability, and execution effectiveness.
- Establish frameworks that support successful adoption of operational, process, technology, and product changes.
- Promote enterprise consistency in workforce planning, learning, documentation, governance, and execution practices.
- Develop systems and processes that improve organizational readiness for growth, transformation, and product expansion.
- Serve as a key architect of operational maturity across the organization.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify organizational capability gaps and implement solutions that improve performance and scalability.
- Drive alignment between enablement functions and operational priorities to ensure sustainable adoption of strategic initiatives.
Leadership and Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leaders and individual contributors across multiple enablement disciplines.

- Serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Clinical Operations, Reporting & Analytics, Product, Technology, Client Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
- Facilitate alignment across operational functions to ensure consistent execution and adoption of strategic priorities.
- Create strong partnerships that improve communication, transparency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive collaboration between enablement functions and operational execution teams to support enterprise goals.
