Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, and develop associates.
• Counsel and manage performance of staff members.
• Conduct department meetings.
• Manage inventory levels to achieve optimal cash flow and service level.
• Develop and monitor budgets for the Warehouse Department.
• Oversee the organization of warehouse inventory quarterly.
• Manage operations budget development and reporting.
• Maintain staff during budget reviews and forecasts.
• Oversee truck leasing agreements.
• Interact with customers and vendors in a professional manner.
• Establish and implement efficient operations procedures.
• Solve operational problems and improve processes based on industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in foodservice operations or a related field with supervisory experience.
