Responsibilities
- Schedule, train, and develop associates.
- Counsel and manage performance of staff members.
- Conduct department meetings.
- Manage inventory levels to achieve optimal cash flow and service level.
- Develop and monitor budgets for the Warehouse Department.
- Oversee the organization of warehouse inventory quarterly.
- Manage operations budget development and reporting.
- Maintain staff during budget reviews and forecasts.
- Oversee truck leasing agreements.
- Interact with customers and vendors in a professional manner.
- Establish and implement efficient operations procedures.
- Solve operational problems and improve processes based on industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in foodservice operations or a related field with supervisory experience.
