VP of Marketing
The Opportunity
We are looking for a senior marketing leader to own and drive the entire marketing function, in Wynwood, Miami. This is a rare, high-impact role: you will come in as a team of one — with the full trust and resources of the founding team behind you — and build from there.
What You’ll Own
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and own the brand voice, visual identity, and market positioning across all channels and audiences
- Develop and maintain a compelling narrative that resonates with both sides of the marketplace — brands and creators
- Ensure brand consistency across all external touchpoints: website, sales collateral, social, events, and PR
Demand Generation & Growth
- Build and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy targeting brand marketing teams, digital media agencies, and creator economy decision-makers
- Paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email nurture, and performance marketing — with a bias toward channels that deliver measurable pipeline
- Develop go-to-market playbooks for new product features, market segments, and strategic partnerships
Content & Thought Leadership
- Create and own a content strategy that positions them as the authoritative voice in the brand-creator economy
- Produce and distribute content across blog, social, video, podcast, and industry publications that drives organic growth and builds trust with target audiences
- Commission and leverage research, data, and campaign case studies to generate compelling market intelligence assets
Product Marketing
- Partner with product to develop launch strategies, feature announcements, and in-app messaging that accelerates adoption
- Build and maintain battlecards, competitor analysis, and market positioning tools that equip the sales team to win
- Translate complex product capabilities — their Index, guerrilla-style location mapping, real-time analytics — into clear, benefit-led messaging for buyers
Agency & Partner Marketing
- Develop targeted marketing programs aimed at digital media agencies, holding companies, and independent shops managing brand influencer budgets
- Build co-marketing and partnership opportunities with adjacent platforms, tools, and industry associations
- Support outreach efforts with account-based marketing strategies for high-value agency and brand targets
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop targeted marketing programs aimed at digital media agencies, holding companies, and independent shops managing brand influencer budgets
- Build dashboards and reporting cadences that give the leadership team clear visibility into what is working and what is not
- Continuously optimize based on data — allocating budget and attention toward the highest-performing channels and campaigns
You Bring:
3+ years of HubSpot experience, including building dashboards & automated reporting flows, while managing lead generation and multiple marketing channels
7–15+ years of marketing experience, including roles at high-growth startups, creator economy platforms, digital media agencies, SaaS companies, or marketing technology companies
Demonstrated experience owning full-funnel marketing — brand, demand gen, content, and product marketing — ideally as a solo senior leader or small team lead
Deep familiarity with the influencer marketing and creator economy landscape: platforms, tools, agency dynamics, brand buying behaviors, and campaign measurement
Proven track record building and executing go-to-market strategies that drove measurable pipeline, brand growth, or market share expansion
Hands-on proficiency with core marketing tools: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), email platforms, paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO tools, analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker), and social scheduling and management
Strong writing and storytelling skills — you can craft a positioning document, a landing page, a cold email sequence, and a keynote narrative with equal confidence
Experience partnering with sales, product, and executive teams, with the credibility to influence strategy at every level
Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy with resources, and driven by outcomes over activity
Nice to Have (not required)
Experience marketing to digital media agencies, media buying teams, or brand marketing decision-makers
Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics — marketing to both supply (creators) and demand (brands) simultaneously
Prior experience building a marketing org from 0 to 1 — defining headcount plans, writing job descriptions, and conducting first hires
Relationships within the creator economy, influencer marketing, or AdTech ecosystems
Experience with community-led growth, product-led growth, or partner-channel marketing
