Accountabilities
- Lead the complete marketing strategy, building a revenue-focused organization that drives enterprise growth through category leadership, account-based marketing, partnerships, and data-driven execution.
- Define and execute a global marketing roadmap aligned with company growth objectives, enterprise expansion goals, and revenue targets.
- Establish and strengthen market positioning by developing compelling narratives for executive audiences and positioning the solution as an essential capability within its category.
- Serve as a strategic market voice through thought leadership, research-driven content, executive engagement, and industry influence initiatives.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, revenue teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate market insights into winning customer strategies.
- Own full-funnel demand generation programs with accountability for pipeline creation, revenue influence, and measurable marketing performance.
- Design multi-channel campaigns using intent data, personalized engagement, paid media, automation, and emerging AI-powered marketing tools.
- Create and scale channel and partner marketing programs that generate referral opportunities, ecosystem growth, and strategic market credibility.

- Establish marketing analytics and attribution frameworks that connect investment decisions to pipeline, revenue impact, CAC efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Build executive-level dashboards and use data insights to optimize resources, priorities, and growth investments.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a lean, high-performing marketing team supported by specialized external partners where needed.
Requirements
- A strategic and hands-on marketing executive with a strong track record of scaling B2B SaaS marketing organizations, building enterprise demand engines, and driving measurable revenue impact.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven success building enterprise account-based marketing programs from the ground up with measurable pipeline contribution and revenue attribution.
- Demonstrated experience creating and scaling channel and partner marketing programs with partner-sourced revenue as a key performance metric.
- Deep understanding of modern enterprise marketing strategies, including ABM, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and revenue operations.
- Strong expertise in AI-augmented marketing workflows, including practical use of generative AI and agentic AI tools to improve productivity and execution.
- Experience with modern MarTech ecosystems, including marketing automation, CRM platforms, intent data solutions, attribution platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital growth strategies beyond traditional SEO, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Experience leading international market expansion initiatives and navigating localized business or regulatory considerations.
- Ability to build attribution models, analyze performance data, and make investment decisions based on measurable business impact.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence CEOs, revenue leaders, product teams, and external partners.
- Prioritization and execution mindset with experience launching enterprise campaigns, partner initiatives, and market positioning strategies.
