About the role
We are seeking a VP National Ad Sales to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Taiv at our early stages. There are tons of opportunities to advance as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies, tactics and sales presentations to sell Taiv’s DOOH network
- Develop relationships with brands and agency teams (buying, planning and strategy)
- Continuously prospect for new leads
- Exceed monthly goals by converting leads into qualified customers and won deals
- Cultivate a pipeline of sales opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales quotas
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years experience selling advertising (OOH, TV, or early-stage media network experience preferred)
- A record of success within a media sales team
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time & workload effectively
- Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Discipline to maintain high outbound sales activity
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Energetic, relationship-builder with a positive attitude and the desire to work hard

Job Details
- Salary: $300k OTE with uncapped commission (base salary of $150,000k-$170,000k).
- Uncapped commission, allows exceptional individuals to earn significantly higher than OTE
- Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Job Location: Remote (USA)
