VP, Marketing
About the role
The Vice President of Marketing will lead and scale Mosai's revenue-aligned marketing organization. They will develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, set and manage pipeline generation and ARR contribution goals, own brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning, oversee marketing budget planning, and build a high-performing marketing organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives and revenue targets
- Set and manage annual pipeline generation and ARR contribution goals
- Partner in all go-to-market (GTM) strategy across all product lines and market segments
- Own brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning to strengthen competitive differentiation
- Oversee marketing budget planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation
- Partner closely with Product leadership on product roadmap alignment, launches, market readiness and enablement
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve funnel efficiency, pipeline velocity, and sales enablement
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization with clear OKRs and accountability
- Drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support customer acquisition and retention strategies
- All other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams
- Proven experience leading SaaS marketing organizations in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST
- Expertise in forecasting, attribution modeling, and revenue analytics
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives directly to revenue outcomes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive-level collaboration
- Strategic thinker with operational discipline
- Customer-obsessed and data-driven decision maker
- Strong cross-functional collaborator
- Results-oriented leader with a bias toward execution
- Skilled at scaling teams, processes, and performance in dynamic environments
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville, TN, near Mosai's offices. Physical demands include using a computer and other office equipment, standing or sitting, talking and hearing frequently, and using repetitive keying or hand motions. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
