Demand gen channels and initiatives

We aim to generate demand through a variety of channels including webinars, website optimization, press releases, print materials, digital advertising, and unconventional strategies. Our goal is to identify the most efficient mix of these channels to drive traffic and leads.

In-person events strategy

To scale our in-person events, we will design, execute, and measure a comprehensive strategy across different territories. This will involve planning events that resonate with our target audience and measuring their impact on lead generation and sales.

Programming and collateral for pipeline growth

We need to develop compelling content, leverage social proof, and offer referral incentives to generate more marketing qualified opportunities and shorten the sales cycle. This includes creating educational materials, testimonials, and other resources that showcase the value of our solutions.

Data and GTM intelligence

To derive actionable insights from our outreach and CRM data, we will implement robust analytics tools and processes. This will help us align marketing efforts with sales activities to ensure a seamless customer journey and improve overall performance.

Audience strategy

We need to define our priority audiences and segment them effectively. An effective persona-driven messaging strategy will be developed for each segment, ensuring that our communications resonate with their needs and pain points.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of progressive Marketing experience in high-growth, venture-backed organizations (preferably Series A-C)
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to audiences with varying levels of tech-savviness
  • Experience scaling an in-person event marketing strategy into a revenue-generating machine
  • Strong demand gen skills combined with a passion for brand building, GEO/SEO, opportunity lifecycle management, and new tool implementation
  • Excellent written communication skills (rated 11 out of 10)
  • A hands-on approach to leadership and engagement with direct reports and cross-functional partners
  • Based in New York or Boston, willing to work 1-2 days per week in our offices
