VP, ISP Programs & Platforms

About the role

The VP, ISP Programs & Platforms will lead strategic initiatives supporting business growth, field, and client experience for ISP Securities and corporate strategies. They will prioritize product enhancements, identify performance improvement opportunities, manage partnerships, and partner with senior leadership on potential opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead point of contact and relationship manager for new and existing strategic partnerships for ISP products, platforms, tools, and technology.
• Develop and lead a platform within ISP Securities to support performance improvement through innovation and technology partnerships.
• Create and lead financial and strategic business cases to gain leadership buy-in for partnerships.
• Identify and vet appropriate partners and competitors and work with internal stakeholders to establish implementation plans.
• Address process- and technology-related opportunities in partnership with business leaders.
• Liaise with the Technology team to inform modernization and automation goals.
• Provide oversight and approval for ISP data usage and storage for internal, external partners, corporate initiatives, and understand technical delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Required Hybrid Schedule Location: Duluth, GA 3 Days onsite / 2 Days remote
• No Sponsorship is available for this opportunity
• Required Certifications or Licenses: Securities Series 7/24 & 65 Licenses within 9 months of filling the role.
• Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Fundamental understanding of business frameworks, strong understanding of external trends and competitor strategies, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, superior research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, proactive and strategic thinking, ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, and comfort with creating business cases demonstrating financial investment and value realization.
