What You Will Do
- Evaluate, negotiate, and structure licensing and integration agreements
- Maintain working relationships with major LTPAC platforms
- Direct the Systems Architect on integration priorities
What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years inside the LTPAC software space, ideally at a major platform or LTPAC services company
- Track record of vendor evaluation and partnership negotiation
- Familiarity with the SNF/LTPAC software ecosystem
- Working knowledge of APCM, RPM, CCM, and CoCM technology requirements
- Strong communication skills with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Strongly Preferred
- Prior role at a leading LTPAC platform
- Background in healthcare technology partnerships or business development

Location & Compensation
Hybrid for the right candidate, with periodic presence in Lakewood, NJ. Base salary range: $200,000–$280,000, commensurate with experience.
