VP, Field Service - Midwest Region
The Vice President Field Service – Midwest Region is responsible for leading efforts to provide outstanding installation and repair service to residential and business customers in the Heartland Region. This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
Major Responsibilities
- Ensure region meets Spectrum customer commitments, e.g., same day service, appointments within two hours, first appointment resolution
- Work with National Field Support to ensure effective and efficient distribution of work to Field Technicians (quota and routing)
- Forecast in-house and contractor resource needs to meet customer and financial demands
- Work with other business units to develop and execute Spectrum field service initiatives, including large-scale projects to install services to business customers, e.g., national retailers, hotels, hospitals, restaurant chains
- Oversee regional relationships with field service vendors to ensure availability of resources and excellent performance
- Maintain Environmental Health and Safety for the region
- Lead the development of regional Field Service budget with proper management of capital and operating expenses
- Select, develop, and maintain excellent talent at all levels in the organization
Qualifications
- Experience working in the cable/communication business (10+ years)
- Management of annual budget preparation and implementation (8 years)
- Senior level management experience (10+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree or related field experience equivalent
- Proven ability to motivate teams

Spectrum offers a comprehensive pay and benefits package that rewards employees for their contributions to our success, supporting all aspects of their well-being at every stage of life. The base pay for this position generally is between $177,500.00 and $295,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
