Central Payments is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Revenue to lead and execute strategies that accelerate revenue growth, expand market opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships.

Partner with executive leadership to shape the future of our revenue strategy while leading high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that drive sustainable growth and align with company objectives
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities including new markets, partnerships, and product offerings
- Lead and manage the sales organization by setting performance goals, developing processes, and driving sales productivity
- Oversee marketing initiatives to ensure campaigns and strategies support revenue growth
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue strategies with overall company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Persistently improve revenue processes, systems, and reporting to maximize efficiency and performance
- Maintain alignment between revenue activities and regulatory requirements and manage associated risks
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the financial services, banking, or payments industry
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience leading sales and marketing teams in a high-growth environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or technology-related sales
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role driving revenue growth
- Relevant certifications in revenue management, sales leadership, or related areas preferred but not required
