VP, Correspondent Account Executive

Newfi Lending is a company dedicated to providing innovative mortgage solutions and exceptional service. Backed by Apollo Global Management, they offer a range of Non-QM, DSCR, and Second Mortgages to support their Correspondent Partners.

Position Summary

As a VP, Correspondent Account Executive at Newfi Lending, you will drive the growth and success of the correspondent channel by building strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders, training and educating them on Newfi's programs, processes, and technology, and providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders.
• Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology.
• Drive funded loan production, ensuring smooth pipeline management.
• Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for your clients.
• Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely closings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines.
• Support both Delegated and Non-Delegated partners, as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage origination/sales.
• Proven success in account management or business development roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
