Scope/Contacts

Incumbent has frequent contact with directors, top management, employees and community leaders. Performs business development activities in retail market area. This officer must represent the bank in a variety of social and business events.

Essential Functions

• Make all types of direct consumer and Home Equity loans which are consistent in quality to satisfy Bank standards for safety and profitability
• Promote good customer relations
• Seek and develop quality new business including profitable depository accounts
• Responsible for the sound extension or denial of credit to customers seeking loans on a direct basis and is accountable for the terms extended on such credit
• Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of Consumer Lending experience
• A bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Excellent communication and human relation skills
• Seasoned in consumer and retail lending, marketing, and management

This position is guided by the Bank's policies, procedures and lending limits.
