Job Description

Office Location: Granbury, Texas, United States
Scope/Contacts: Incumbent has frequent contact with a variety of customers. Contact is face-to-face, by telephone and written communication. This position reports to the Senior Vice President – Regional Consumer Lending Manager and may receive guidance from the Loan Committee and daily work with other officers and staff to meet customers’ needs and provide a profit for Bank.

Essential Functions

  • Making all types of direct and indirect loans which are consistent in quality to satisfy Bank standards for safety and profitability;
  • Promoting good customer relations;
  • Soliciting and developing quality new business including profitable depository accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Accounting, Business, or finance degree required;
  • Four years of related banking experience may be substituted for degree;
  • Excellent communication and human relation skills also required;
  • Banking lending experience preferred;
  • Thorough working knowledge and use of credit analysis and loan documentation, bank operations, and business development skills as normally acquired through at least four years related experience preferred.
